NEW: Lightning Lane Premier Pass is coming to Disneyland Resort on Oct. 23 and Walt Disney World on Oct. 30. LLPP includes one entry to each Lightning Lane entrance at any time during the day.
WDW (one park) ranges $129-$429 tax pp. DLR (both parks) ranges $300-$400 pp.

I should’ve mentioned this a few months ago when I did my DC video, but the lifeguards don’t watch at all. As in, I was asked as a park guest to audit them (weird), carrying a red flotation device and they turned and actively avoided eye contact when they were supposed to point

I’m surprised at how positive reception has been to D23 because it really just looks like a lot of throwing “whatever” at the wall as Iger is on his way out. None of this appears to be creatively inspired, but is just more “mining” of franchises for more half-baked rides/lands.

That’s crazy, but while I would hope that this is a capacity control measure (they definitely oversell express every single night, the average express wait is roughly 40 minutes), this probably just means that there is more express available for single night ticket holders.

The new Country Bears show is so disappointing. You can see where effort was put into it (like the smoking fiddle, which is neat) but it’s just ruined because it’s almost all “Disney” song brand synergy. It feels gross, inauthentic and distasteful.

Penguin Trek is a great family coaster with awful operations. The exit leads to a queue where you have to wait 10 or so minutes to leave through the penguin exhibit, and there’s no other option to leave as emergency exit doors were barricaded off. Seems like a fire hazard, right?

I retract this by the way, Disney just posted an awful POV with a GoPro. Tiana’s isn’t perfect, but if you liked Splash from a design perspective, this really does live up to it.

Reading through the comments on YouTube, it appears that this ride is unsatisfying for both park fans and for Disney IP people. In a vacuum it’s not bad, but it doesn’t live up to the attraction design that preceded it (problematic material aside)
