I’ve always been so impressed by the quality of apps from the MTA. Long time member of the TrainTime Fan Club.
Jun 12
Widgets for the MTA app are back! Now you can get real-time subway and bus information without even opening the app. You can create widgets for upcoming arrivals to your favorite stations or routes, or for service on the lines you use the most. They automatically update, so you’ll always have the most accurate information right at your fingertips. Not using the MTA app? Now’s the time to change that—download the app for iOS or Android today.

Now I know you must be thinking, “Wow that’s way too much concrete, where is its soul” but dogs cannot see in color, so brutalism is actually quite beautiful to them

Congrats, @PrimalNick and team! I can finally stop using Figma to design floor plans
1/4 Most people spend their lives living in buildings they had little influence over. We believe AI can help change that. Over the last month, 120,000 people generated 325,000 home designs with Drafted.ai Today, we're excited to share that we've raised a $16M Seed led by Buckley Ventures to continue building multimodal generative models for residential architecture and spatial design. Here's a glimpse of what we're building:

When we planned our East Hampton interior, I knew I didn't want to lose the sense of place we felt in our downtown condo So I had our designer install this beautiful construction site print, which serves as a window into our cherished City space while we're out East A strong reminder of home, in our home away from home

Tweets like this are why we can’t have cool spaces anymore without wannabe influencers filming themselves pretending to experience them

NYC has a hidden listening room and café. It's called Silence Please and it's one of the most unique spots in the city: - hundreds of vinyl records - high-end speaker showroom - delicious coffee, teas and patries - private listening stations w/ headsets - 2,000 sq ft of gallery-style space - long communal tables couches It's part café, part teahouse, part event space. They do tea ceremonies, vinyl painting sessions, and live DJ sets.
