“AI will replace developers.”
This is probably one of the most discussed topics in tech right now.
But after working closely with AI tools in real software projects, here is the reality we see:
AI is not replacing good developers.
It is exposing weak development processes.
AI can:
• generate code
• speed up development
• automate repetitive tasks
• assist with debugging
• improve productivity
• help with documentation and testing
But AI still cannot truly understand:
•business vision,
•human decision-making,
•real client expectations,
•scalability tradeoffs,
•user psychology,
•architecture responsibility,
•or product strategy.
A client does not just need “code.”
They need someone who can:
• ask the right questions,
• identify future risks,
• make technical decisions,
• solve real business problems,
• and take ownership when complexity appears.
That is where experienced developers and technical teams still matter enormously.
The future is not:
“AI vs Developers”
The future is:
“Developers who know how to use AI effectively.”
At PRISHUSOFT, we actively use AI to improve speed, automation, research, and productivity - but every important technical decision is still driven by real engineering thinking and human responsibility.
Because software development is not only about generating code.
It is about building the right solution for real businesses.
