Great news comrades! CIC Liberty Hamauswa @HamauswaZW , Cde Richard Nyamandi Cde Dylan Chisemwa and Cde Takunda Mareverwa have been released after being granted bail by the High Court .These innocent students spent more than a month in prison for simply attending a court session. However, we must be clear: these comrades should never have been arrested in the first place. Their arrest was not a reflection of wrong doing, but a consequence of young people raising their voices, demanding accountability and standing for a better future. We thank every comrade, student, progressive forces, organizations and individuals who stood in solidarity. Online, at the courts and across different platforms. Your commitment proved that collective action remains our greatest strength. Special appreciation goes to the Zimbabwe Lawyers for Human Rights @ZLHRLawyers through Advocate Gift Mutisi for their dedication and legal support in helping secure bail for our comrades. We also extend our gratitude to Amnesty International @amnesty_zim WeLead Africa @weleadteam , Amalgamated rural teachers union of Zimbabwe @ARTUZ_teachers , Zimbabwe Peace Project @zppINFO ,SASU @SASUnion, Defend the constitution platform @DCPYouths, Zimbabwe Human Rights Association @ZimRightsLIVE , the media and all progressive forces who championed the call for justice. But let us remember: bail is not victory. It is only a step in the journey. The struggle continues. True victory will come when institutions of higher learning become spaces of freedom, critical thought and fearless expression …where students can organize without intimidation and where every young person’s right to education is fully protected. Our message must remain clear: students are not targeted because of who they are, but because conscious and concerned young people have the courage to demand change. Justice must prevail and students must stop being treated like criminals!! @Saynotohumanri1 @mutamba_tsitsi @VongaiMuts69851 @SheCommander1 @Bruce_Moyo1 @mwanawaDiana #FreEmmanuelSitima

CAB3 creates no jobs, lowers no prices, and puts no food on the table. Zimbabweans deserve leaders focused on their daily realities, not political power arrangements. Zimbabwe’s challenge is not a constitutional crisis it is a governance crisis. That is why l opposed the bill.

Welcome back my brother, after spending months in prison for a crime you did not commit. Your resilience and courage in the face of injustice are truly inspiring. The regime of Emmerson Mnangagwa continues to expose its incompetence through the persecution of innocent citizens

Bring back Sitima! ,Emmanuel was arrested not for committing a crime, but for exercising his constitutional right to express his views on CAB3. Dissent is not a crime, and no citizen should be persecuted for peacefully exercising their fundamental freedoms.#BringBackSitima

As students, we do not feel represented in Parliament. Not in any real sense. There is nothing “honorable” about so-called Honorables who shout “Yes” to CAB3. None of them have championed pro-student policies. None have sparked debate on education funding. None have raised issues for improvement in our lecture halls and hostels. They speak for their stomachs. Not for us. We are watching closely.

The continued detention of ZINASU @Zinasuzim student leaders Liberty Hamauswa, Dylan Chisenwa, Richard Nyamandi and Takunda Mareverwa despite being granted bail yesterday is deeply concerning & highlights the administrative inefficiencies that continue to undermine the rights of detainees. The four student leaders will spend another night at Harare Remand Prison after a clerical error in the High Court bail order that prevented the processing of bail payments. The High Court order directed them to do bail payments at Harare Magistrate Court instead of Mbare Magistrate Court where their records are. @weleadteam @ProtectHRDs @ProtestZa @zhrc365 @zimsolidarity01 @zppINFO @HealZim

President Liberty, Dylan, Richard and Takunda were granted bail by the High Court yesterday. Yet they remain behind bars tonight. Court clerks made errors in the record. Now we’re told an urgent chamber application is needed to fix paperwork. This is not justice. Denying bail through administrative processes must be condemned. It violates their constitutional right to bail. We demand their immediate release. #FreeThemNow

We stand where we stood and stood where we stand. Arresting young people will never solve the challenges facing our generation. What must be addressed are the struggles of the youth and the realities affecting our future. As Steve Biko said: The most potent weapon in the hands of the oppressor is the mind of the oppressed They can arrest individuals but they cannot arrest an idea. They cannot silence a generation that has realised its power and is demanding justice, dignity and a better future. We continue to stand, organise and speak for the future we deserve. #NoToCAB3 #NoTo2030 #FreeEmmanuelSitima #FreeTakundaMhuka #FreeLibartyHamauswa #FreeDylanChisemwa #FreeTakundaMareverwa #FreeRichardNyamandi

Hon @agencygumbo with an electric performance in parliament today. He has just dismantled the #CAB3. This is the reason why the regime tried to rig the parliamentary speeches. We must continue standing with the progressive MPs and continue to demand a referendum. #SayNoTo2030
