There’s no eloquent way to say that killing babies should be legal because it’s “no one else’s business”. This is a trash take. Child murder affects everyone.
A woman getting an abortion is no ones choice but her own. end of story. This guy is so eloquent 😘💯

Zero people call pregnancy a punishment for having sex. We do call it a “consequence”, but you people can’t understand that the word “consequence” doesn’t mean that your mom is grounding you or something. It’s literally just a neutral word to describe an effect of an action. Babies are miracles. They are also the consequence of sex.
You can't refer to pregnancy, child birth and parenthood as a "consequence" or a "punishment" for having sex and then in the same breath tell me that you think pregnancy and babies are "miracles". You don't get punished for "miracles".

Republicans have no interest in persecuting their gay friends and family members. What they reject is the claim that adult equality requires making children lose their mother or father. thefederalist.com/2026/06/05…

‼️Wow - Perrie Edwards & Jamie Laing discuss their “serious abandonment issues” following parent divorces in their childhood. If you think marriage doesn’t matter to kids, think again 👇

Hey @USATODAY. Here's what I quote tweeted about Becky Burke's announcement. Is that "disparaging?" Or just so self-evident that it makes you uncomfortable.
I’ve spoken to and/or cataloged the stories of more than 100 children with same-sex parents. These two children will likely: - Hunger for paternal love, gravitate toward coaches, and overstay their welcome at the homes of friends who have dads. Some will be so desperate for male connection that they become easy targets for predators. - Feel guilty for wanting a dad in a community that endlessly repeats that they are “so lucky to have two mothers.” - Struggle with questions of identity, wondering whether every man they pass on the street could be their father. - Wrestle with questions of self-worth: Why didn't my father want me? Why did he sell me? And when these children are sad, angry, or struggling, our culture and courts will tell them that the loss of their father was the price of admission for a new adult "civil right." That’s why we must #OverturnObergefell and @MakeKidsGreater.

The right to live always trumps the right to bodily autonomy.
Replying to @PhrogPollen
Can we just acknowledge to start that there is a conflict of rights there? There is a right of a woman for bodily autonomy, that nobody else can use her body for their own needs. And there is the right for a child to live. They are both rights and they are in a conflict.

A conversation playing out online is rarely for the two folks in the middle of it. It's for the undecided seeing the two arguments. On one side we have: we want kids and are okay procuring them however we want and if you disagree, you're a hateful bigot! On the other side we have: a child has a mother and father and natural right to both. That's the argument from @Katy_Faust and #ThemBeforeUs

Well, let’s be clear, every post doesn’t have to anticipate every interpretation.. but a post where you make a conscious choice to attack a stranger to you sure does. That isn’t being an advocate for children, that is injecting yourself and your beliefs into a space where you were not wanted to push an ideology that isn’t followed by a large group of people. That is making it about you and your wants and needs not the children. Katy’s followers jumped right in, as she intended, to say unhinged evil things to try to shame people they do not know. Expect the fall out when you make that choice. Especially when many do not believe as Katy does. Did anyone’s mind get changed? Did someone say “whoa, Katy is right” that wasn’t already following her? No, just the opposite. She strengthened people’s opposition to her. She got the attention she was seeking, just not the kind she wanted.

Your wife and you are not expecting a baby. You bought a baby. That’s the part we’re against. Two women can’t create a baby. This isn’t bigotry, it’s biology.
Our happiness isn’t yours to approve. 🩷

“Wow you only care because they are gay!!” Nope. I’m against heterosexual couples using surrogacy or donor conception too. “Way to choose kindness!!” It’s very kind to defend the rights of children. It’s cruel to ignore their rights and deprive them of their father just because you want a baby. “You must be against adoption too then!” Nope. There is a huge difference between adoption and third party reproduction (surrogacy and donor conception). Read more about that here if you genuinely don’t understand the difference: open.substack.com/pub/thembe… Children deserve and have a right to both their mother and father.

Don't like unsafe, illegal abortions?? Don't get one!
Replying to @Prolife_Sam
Another fun fact: Dying from any abortion (legal or illegal) is 100% avoidable. All you have to do is not kill your baby.

A man refusing condoms is "a preference" but a women refusing pregnancy is "murder". That isn't morality, it's misogyny.

@Katy_Faust debated a woman who was actively participating in surrogacy and building a platform around encouraging other women in the practice. The woman had not considered how the child felt about the arrangement, and she did not know the data about how separation from one of their parents (genetic or separated from birth mom) impacted their well-being and identity.

Life will never be perfect, have babies and love them with all you’ve got 🩷
Stop having kids if you’re poor. Stop having kids if you have a defective gene. Stop having kids if you’re mentally unstable. Stop having kids if you have unhealed trauma. Please!

Abortions performed specifically to preserve the mother's life are extremely rare, making up less than 0.3% to 1% of all reported abortions. Source: National Library of Medicine

I've got no respect for people that want to sacrifice mother's. It's still murder when a mother dies in child birth. Jesus will not see it any other way. I think people need to repent and rethink their stance. Both lives are important and matter but you can't say one is more

You don’t get to consent to outcomes, only actions. If you eat the donuts, you get fat. If you bet at a race and your horse loses, you lose money. If you do the activity that has a possibility of creating a dependent offspring, you are now a mother or a father, and you can’t change that. You can only be a good one, or be the parent of a dead one that you killed.
