We have made some of the most important progress so far, specifically on the distribution side, and i want to share exactly how we got here -
- put $10,000 into a creator program with good creators to crack distribution, no revenue had come back yet when i made that call but i understood the mechanism and i wasnt hoping, i was executing on something i could see clearly right in front of my eyes all the higgsfield, arcads, makeugc, vibiz and idk what other i have like a sweep file of our competitor which claude made for me as i build the "Claude Eyes MCP" you'll read more about it below in the thread and it literally watched all the formats they are already doing on Meta/TikTok with UGC creators is quite amazing they are printing bag rn few of example and look at their views and all :

i wont expose more formats but dont worry guys will make this all sauce public if we see demand
- we are already at 800,000 views in the warmup phase and that is a strong result, we are treating it as exactly that
- the biggest realization came somewhere in the middle and it reframed everything for me, distribution is not a marketing problem its an architecture problem, the game now is volume of content posted across many accounts and the algorithm decides the winner, reach is completely decoupled from follower count, the media world is just now starting to name this the clip economy where the clip itself is the product not the promo, i was already running this for a real product before the language existed for it
- was keep looking at people posting like give claude "eyes" MCP server and charging for it i thought why not ask Claude abt it and it did build it 🥲 and now Claude can actually watch the winning videos and break down why they work, the first 3 seconds, the pacing, the framing, so we can reverse engineer what is working instead of guessing at it
- built a real sunglasses store to prove the tool holds up under real stakes, sourced from China, packaging done with Claude, every creative run through
@eComrads, and we are restocking for a 3,000 piece launch
what is next is moving from warmup formats into product-centric content and pushing past this phase, getting to conversions at scale is the honest open question and we are going into it with everything we have built so far
this is the chapter no one talks about honestly, the distribution architecture before the product goes wide, most founders skip this and keep it as some sacred secret sauce but we are bootstrapping and taking these risks which eventually will pay amazingly if everything goes well if not you will know it but again i believe in my product and i know we are gonna make it
