Zoho views itself as "self-funding R&D labs". That is why we stay private. This model won't suit VCs or public investors. Outside of Zoho, we invest in founders (almost all engineers or scientists) with that same world view. Signal Chip and Netrasemi vTitan and Voxelgrids Ultraviolette and Boson Motors GenRobotics Zentron Labs and Pilabz ... and a few more not yet announced. All with this world view. None of them obsess about "exit". The last two even have "labs" in their name! The American approach of stock market capitalism is not the only path. We believe that model does not suit Bharat well, definitely not for building deep tech. We need a lot more "self-funding R&D labs". We will remain this way.

1. Whenever you share on social media videos of predators molesting a victim - even after blurring - just ask yourself - Would you have shared if she were your own daughter, sister or wife? 2. I would rather be demonized as a Gundappa who ruthlessly punishes predators, than be viral because I share how they molested those whose swabiman is most precious for me. 3. This engagement desperation is destroying Hindu spine. The right way would be to flaunt your victories and hide your vulnerabilities. Instead of complaining, fight out the predators. 4. Every single day, my team fights predator ecosystem. We do share some info on social media. But only to extent it helps us break spine of this mafia. Victim is always a sister, daughter or mother to our team members. 5. Instead of earning virality through such posts, take a step ahead to support the victim or bust an LJ racket in your area. Do something concrete than fool yourself that you are helping build awareness by boosting your engagement.

Then he created a website and when visitors opened the site, they were greeted with: "Your issue has been ignored." Below that, he posted genuine customer complaints and bad experiences shared by Airtel users. The website went viral. Soon Airtel's team contacted him and requested that he take it down. He agreed. But with one condition: "If Airtel customers face similar issues again, they can email wesuck@airtelblack .com. If the complaint is genuine, the website goes live again." One frustrated customer turned a 2nd largest broadband comapny a good lesson 🤐

I am on 26101 Pune-Ajni Vande Bharat express. 800 km journey. Dot on time so far. Excellent cleanliness in the compartment. Toilets are a bit of problem as most people are not using the flush properly (probably dont know how to use the new touch buttons) Train is frequently at 129kmph. Good ride. It is a greatly improved train journey. Very happy to be a passenger here. (Air conditioned compartment amplifies loud co travellers, phone call conversations and people playing videos on the phone all the time. What can railway do about it?
