Because of this experience, I am switching off my company’s Premium LinkedIn Page today and filing a complaint with the Grievance Officer. This is what @LinkedInHelp @LinkedIn told me after I already submitted all my professional proof by email to their associate consultant. Instead of giving a proper human review, they gave me the same closed-loop response saying my account will remain restricted and that social support can’t assist further. Basically, LinkedIn support asks users to DM publicly to look active then gives the same generic reply and asks to communicate in email , but the issue goes nowhere, the appeal gets rejected without proper explanation, and genuine professionals are left unable to share their own profile with clients. This is unfair, frustrating, and damaging to my work. I need a real escalation, not copy-paste replies.
