Beware anyone thinking of shopping @swarovski this Christmas! I sent an item back which was received 30/11. Still waiting on refund! T's & C's are outdated. Esp when every penny counts in our accounts! Pls be aware, great at selling, poor at refunding! Tsk tsk! CS team poor!
