I would add the fact that we also need to stop continuing to build ‘Our Dad’s/Mom’s #Workforce’ if #Canada is to lead global #innovation and #growth. The workforce Canada needs is diverse, mobile and continually #reskilling and #upskilling through a variety of #skillingpathways.
