Following the Hon’ble HC stay on the one-sided FIR, order for judicial inquiry, and release of our JR
RDA UP is resuming all services immediately in the interest of patient care.
We thank the Hon’ble Court for upholding the rule of Law.

RDA UP withdraws all elective services across Uttar Pradesh until justice is delivered.
JR was taken from his home without a warrant. The accused roam free, while the victim faces arrest.
RDA UP will not stay silent against this injustice.

A junior resident Dr Monish Ali has been taken under custody by police from his home
There is no information about him thereafter as informed by his fellow doctors .
He is a doctor working in MLN medical college in Prayagraj , Uttar Pradesh
Few days back an altercation occurred between lawyers and doctors after which this incident is coming to light and this is seriously concerning in a state which talks about law and order
I request @myogiadityanath ji to kindly look into this issue and ensure his safety and release immediately .
