ERCSG Recap: Day2 (Friday) of the ERCSG meeting was packed with a remarkable series of high-caliber talks! 🌟 🧪 Prof. @PuellesVictor on tubules and cystic kidneys 🧬 Prof. Rachel Lennon @RLWczyk (I absolutely love her talks!) on podocytes, Alport syndrome, and podocyte biology 💡 Prof. Dr. @Tobias_B_Huber delivered an exceptional lecture — as always, outstanding! 🏥 Prof. Miriam Banas from Regensburg also gave a fantastic presentation! I had the great pleasure of being the final keynote speaker, sharing insights on PEMP, podocytes, and diagnostics of Uniklinikum Greifswald & @NIPOKA_Podocyte . The evening was rounded off with a fantastic dinner and great conversations, which continued later at the bar – a perfect opportunity to make and strengthen contacts! 😃

@ASNKidney News: Excellent presentation of our results by Dr. Daniel Gale (UK) during the Late Breaking News Session yesterday at @ASNKidney, showing the results of treating 3 Alport syndrome patients with a small molecule from @eloxx_pharma. My company, @NIPOKA_Podocyte, was able to quantify the beneficial effect of the treatment using PEMP analysis. PEMP indicates the improvement of the foot processes of podocytes 🐙, which are essential for the size-selective filtration of the kidney. In addition, @NIPOKA_Podocyte has analyzed biopsies for certain collagen IV chains. The results are amazing with a great potential for treatment of patients!
