BREAKING: My office successfully defended Minnesotans' voting rights from another baseless attack. Today, a district court in Anoka County dismissed a lawsuit seeking to undo the Restore the Vote Act. This is a good day for democracy in Minnesota.

This became law on June 1, 2023. Nothing has changed about that. If you aren't currently incarcerated: you can register to vote, you can cast your ballot, you can even run for office yourself. If your vote didn't matter, they wouldn't try so hard to take it. (4/5)
