Ok, big day tomorrow, so I have to ask: are you buying shares of $SPCX or not? Remember the bundle includes your own little bit of X. And xAI of course. But more importantly, Starlink. And rockets. Who doesn’t like rockets? 😃 🚀 Especially rapidly reusable reliable ones, those sound pretty cool. Arrr!

Real advantage being surrounded by people who are blissfully unaware of what’s coming: no one thinks my girls are weird when they mention their bestie named Claude.
I wonder if it would be worse for me to be in Ottawa, surrounded by people who don't understand what I'm anxious about, or what I'm saying, or to be in SF, where all my (real, grounded) anxieties are validated by others

Hot take: if you don’t understand the difference between a trillion dollars on paper and a trillion dollars in the bank, you should attend a financial literacy 101 class. Also, you fail at math if you don’t get that billionaires do pay quite a bit of taxes already.

While this is sad, how exactly is it anyone else’s fault? Guys, spoiler alert: you’re in charge of your own life. There are times which will suck, but you can always make it better. Just have a plan, and work towards it, one day at a time.
I am 52 years old. I have been working since I was 15 years old. I have no savings, no retirement, and will never own a home before I die. And there is now a trillionaire.

It’s wild seeing “the good guys” moaning about Elon becoming a trillionaire instead of celebrating Gwynne Shotwell's self made success and amazing leadership. I guess feminism is only good when we’re talking about abortion, or something?

I hope every little girl worldwide will learn about her in their textbooks, she’s amazing 🥲

Gwynne Shotwell joined SpaceX in 2002 as its 11th employee. Today, as president and COO, she oversees operations at the commercial space exploration company. Shotwell is featured on Forbes Richest #SelfMadeWomen. Read the full list: forbes.com/lists/self-made-w… Photo: Angel Garcia via Bloomberg

There are so many critical pieces of the puzzle that people who don’t believe in SpaceX still don’t get. Guys, they nearly own the full stack right now. X phone is still missing, but apart from that, they own pretty much all the pieces needed to make the world economy run smoothly: 1 - Starlink 2 - massive data centers 3 - X, so communication system, but also X money. 4 - Terafab 5 - rockets, obviously If next step is a merger with Tesla, they own *everything* the world needs to run, apart from food production. Most impressive vertical integration, their tech stack is enough to take over the whole world to replace any inefficient system out there. I can’t wait for black hole mode to be fully activated and finally swallow legacy systems from the 20th century once and for all. 😎 🚀 (Y’all, DOGE was just a starting point, you know? Like a detailed analysis of everything which must go asap for the world to be able to run properly.)

I wonder when people will start realizing that SpaceX isn’t just a space company, but also a telco company. Anyone who’s looked into the numbers know that the services they already provide worldwide are bound to skyrocket to a whole new level within the next few years. And of course, now add compute and data centers into the mix, orbital or not. AI1 isn’t there yet, but Colossus is. And they’re just getting started. And the vast majority of people don’t get that we have big financial services coming soon, thanks to X money. Vodaphone and other companies providing mobile based banking in countries lacking basic financial infrastructures are more worried about SpaceX than about cashapp, you know. 👀
The U.S. Department of State just signed a two-year MoU with SpaceX’s Starlink for international disaster preparedness and humanitarian response worldwide Starlink will now deliver emergency connectivity when hurricanes, typhoons, earthquakes, cyclones, or outbreaks destroy ground infrastructure This is exactly why Starlink matters When communication is the difference between chaos and coordination, Starlink gets responders, governments, and humanitarian teams online fast Not just internet from space This is orbital infrastructure becoming part of Earth’s emergency response system Real power of Starlink

And this is why homeschooling is one of the most rational choice you can make these days. No, I didn’t expect I’d be homeschooling my kids 7 years ago when I was pregnant with my first baby.
real life check-in: i'm grading AP exams (for extra money) and y'all, the kids are not okay. this literary crisis is really getting out of hand. this is so sad.

Step 1: allow rich foreign investors to pay for a golden green card. Step 2: cut access to Claude to foreign nationals, unless they have a golden green card and they’re US based, have security clearance. Step 3: profit. … And since Elon is the one providing cheap compute to train upcoming Claude models, he did it, he found a path forward to solve the national debt problem. 🚀
Whoops 👀 I bet a lot more people are going to apply for US citizenship in the next few months. 🙃

Wow, I had missed that integrated trading button 🤯 Have you guys linked your brokerage account with your X account yet? Interesting to see coin base there as well. Now all we need is our X wallet allowing us to buy shares directly. 🚀

Reading some comments, I’ve just realized that many (most?) people using this platform have no idea X is now a part of SpaceX 😆

Nice rage bait 😆
My predictions for the rest of 2026: SpaceX - down 70% Dow - down 25% NASDAQ - down 35%

This is the way. Some tiered levels of security clearances will eventually become the new normal with powerful AI models.

Export controls on models this capable aren't random panic. Mythos 5 packs serious dual-use cyber power, and governments have long restricted that kind of tech from adversaries. The part that actually sucks is the blunt global shutdown instead of smart, targeted rules for trusted users. These systems aren't toys anymore.

Whoops 👀 I bet a lot more people are going to apply for US citizenship in the next few months. 🙃
The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees. The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance. Access to all other Claude models is not affected. We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible. Read our full statement: anthropic.com/news/fable-myt…

She’s not wrong. And I see some people who think so but cannot publicly say it. But it’s still true, and we all know it. Truth should not be taboo. It is what it is, and all we should try to do is support every child in the best possible way, no matter what their potential looks like.
What no one is brave enough to say: gifted education ought to be designed by gifted people and run by gifted people. The problems come when normative intelligence people try to get involved.
