Warning: Making video with AI is addictive.
I started with a prompt, just messing around... next thing I knew hours have gone by and my day is gone. But ended up with something I think is pretty great. Maybe I'll start doing some more video posts.

I implemented a modified version of @LodestoneRock 's RamTorch into AI-Toolkit. Currently training a Qwen-Image LoRA on my laptop with a 3060 6GB GPU!!! It is only using ~4GB of VRAM. Crazy!

The reason open models / tools are so important is because building a custom ComfyUI workflow with 50 nodes, running multiple models with custom trained LoRAs, blending numerous controls, just to make a few images/videos, that is art. Typing a sentence into a prompt is not.
