I love that SQLite is both underutilized and also used far more than most people realize.
Reminder: SQLite is 35% faster than the filesystem while also using 20% less disk space

This is related to why Star Trek transporters are suicide machines, except the transporters are worse because they destroy you in the original location first and you just have to hope you show up at the destination.
No one has ever transferred data from one medium to another. Did you know that? They can only copy the data into a new location and delete from the original location.
You’ll see why this is relevant when they start offering brain uploads.
