Stayed in an @IHGCorporate @IHGService @IHGhotels and had the worse service etc contacted them on Instagram and this is the level of #CustomerService you receive for asking why you got #overcharged and why the room was #dusty also?

I am not understanding why I wouldn’t be eligible for a refund as the goods DID NOT ARRIVE.
The driver has left me his number so that you can contact him and check if the food
