We’ve had reports about inconsiderate parking on match day around Merstham FC. The Highway Code advises to park ten metres from a junction & not opposite a junction. This allows vehicles to pull away from junctions with a better view of the road. Please BIM for future matches ⚽
Due to our ongoing work to replace a water main in Brighton Road, Redhill, we have had to shut the pedestrian crossing outside the BP garage. The next available one is at the junctions of Mill Street and Hooley Lane. We're sorry for any disruption caused.
At 11am on 11 November, we will take just two minutes to pause, and pay our respects to our Armed Forces community, past and present. Who will you be thinking of? #twominutesilence#LestWeForget#ArmisticeDay

We join the nation in mourning the sad passing of HRH Prince Philip, The Duke of Edinburgh. Our thoughts are with the Royal Family at this time. As a mark of respect, the Town Hall’s Union Flag is being flown at half-mast. orlo.uk/IrliF
We hope you're keeping warm and remember to spare a thought for any external pipes or taps you might have - there is a real risk of them freezing over in these temperatures. If you have a burst, turn off the stop tap, allow thawed water to escape and call a @WatersafeUK plumber.
"After a lockdown apart we were all happily reunited in Priory Park to film our piece and it was SO lovely!"

Can you help?
YMCA Hillbrook House is open 24/7 plus Lynwood Road (our move-on house).
We're continuing to support the community by providing accommodation & help to vulnerable young people, but running low on tins, packets & cans of food if anyone can spare a donation.
