To celebrate 100 years of the LNER brand this year, @LNER has a new First Class “heritage-inspired” menu (it’s v good; coronation chicken roll is👌btw). I had it aboard one of its BR Intercity 225s earlier (£21 upgrade👍) – so I took a pic & gave it a BR-style poster of its own…

That’s a wrap on the Judging Day for Scottish Baker of the Year 2023! We had nearly 650 brilliant bakes from 70 bakers across the country being judges by a team of nearly 50 industry experts.
