Mississippi deserves the same opportunity as Texas and Florida to manage the resources off our coast.
This week, I spoke at @NatResources in support of my Offshore Parity Act, which would extend Mississippi’s offshore boundary from 3 nautical miles to 9 nautical miles and give our state greater authority over marine and fishery resources.
This is about fairness, local control, and supporting the fishermen, coastal communities, and industries that depend on the Gulf of America.
