10 years ago today, 49 lives were stolen in an act of senseless violence at #Pulse Nightclub. As we remember the victims, many of whom were LGBTQI and Latine, we must all recommit to ending the epidemic of extremist violence so that all people may be free to live without fear.

I spoke with parents, former students, and staff from Migrant and Seasonal Head Start to hear more about how these programs support farmworker families. Early education and family services strengthen the communities that help feed our nation.

Trump and Secretary Hegseth are trying to erase women in the armed services, but their bravery and sacrifice will never be forgotten. Yesterday, we recognized our fallen servicewomen and women veterans on Capitol Hill. After the event, we laid a wreath in their honor in the Military Women's Memorial Hall of Honor.

Too many men wait too long before seeking care. This Men’s Health Month, let’s change that. As co-chair of the bipartisan Mental Health Caucus, I am fighting to reduce stigma and ensure everybody can get the help they need. President Trump couldn’t give a damn whether your family is struggling. And he’s not even trying to hide it anymore.

Reporter: Are you concerned, Mr. President, about the latest inflation number which came out this morning? Trump: No, I love it. I love the inflation.

Inflation is going up, up and up. The price of everything is up under Donald Trump and Republicans.
BREAKING: Inflation jumps to 4.2%, the highest level since early 2023, keeping consumers under pressure as war with Iran keeps gas prices high. nbcnews.com/business/energy/…

You thought it was bad now? Oil executives just warned it's about to get worse. That's the reality when you have a president who's out of control and a Republican party too afraid to hold him accountable.

Parents should have peace of mind knowing that their children are walking to school on a sidewalk, rather than the side of the road. That is why I worked to bring home $850,000 for the City of Keizer to construct a brand new sidewalk so that pedestrians can safely commute on Verda Lane!

63 years ago today, the Equal Pay Act was passed to bar wage-based discrimination and ensure equal pay for equal work. Yet, women still earn less than their male counterparts. More work must be done to close the wage gap, and that's why I will keep fighting to pass the Paycheck Fairness Act!
