10 years ago today, 49 lives were stolen in an act of senseless violence at #Pulse Nightclub.
As we remember the victims, many of whom were LGBTQI and Latine, we must all recommit to ending the epidemic of extremist violence so that all people may be free to live without fear.

63 years ago today, the Equal Pay Act was passed to bar wage-based discrimination and ensure equal pay for equal work.
Yet, women still earn less than their male counterparts. More work must be done to close the wage gap, and that's why I will keep fighting to pass the Paycheck Fairness Act!
