1/ Proof of Pitch 2026 at the Louvre Palace was legendary. 600 applications. 3 tracks. 2 winners on the Main Stage, plus the first live crowdfunding pitch competition inside the Louvre. The next generation of Web3 founders, in front of the rooms they have been chasing for years. A thread on every founder who pitched, who won, and what the room delivered. 🧵

Proof of Talk did not disappoint. Great talks with great people in one of the most prestigious and beautiful locations I could think of. The density of talented founders, like minded investors and valuable conversations has once again exceeded my expectations. Was honored to judge a very enjoyable startup pitching session alongside some well respected colleagues such as @HadickM, @diogomonica, @EvanTheFeng and @Andytang. Congrats @ReplyCorp on winning, very well deserved and great, energetic pitch. Can't wait to be back next year.

UPDATE: What has ReplyCorp been up to? We know it's been a few months since our last major business progress. We've been building. Our incredible success for brands like @Reppo (they got a staggering 266:1 ROI, 51% TVL and 3x token price increase in 12 days with no paid media spend) taught us a lot about what works, what scales, and what brands actually need. We've spent the time since refining the product around those learnings while also preparing for the much larger opportunity: Taking ReplyCorp beyond crypto and into mainstream ecommerce. We needed more infrastructure including rewards management, compliance, and onboarding systems that can operate at scale. But beyond that, the biggest lesson was that individual campaigns leave our biggest potential on the table. Each campaign generated strong results, but they existed in isolation. The real opportunity is creating a persistent network of everyday people who can earn rewards across many brands over time. It's in developing the largest organized salesforce in history. That led to ReplyCorp 2.0. Instead of every brand running its own disconnected rewards program through our tech, all participating brands will now reward through a shared points system. Users can accumulate value across the entire network, creating stronger retention, stronger incentives, and powerful network effects for every brand and every poster that joins. Every new brand brings new users. Every new user benefits from every brand. ReplyCorp 2.0 is now live, and our first cohort of brands is preparing to launch. A note on $REPLY: Once this first cohort is onboarded, we'll bring the credits system online and connect it to the token economy we've been building towards from the beginning. More content is coming to remind everyone about our next-generation tokenomics. We are as excited as the rest of you to get our flywheel flying. Stay tuned. And get your glasses ready. It's time for a summer in the future.

Most AI agent projects are still begging for a seat at the table. @ReplyCorp just got handed the microphone. Everyone's building. Not everyone is getting in front of the people who write the cheques. The gap between good product and real traction is access. And access in this space is not distributed equally. Which projects in your feed are actually getting in front of Tier 1 capital right now? Here's what just happened: ➜ ReplyCorp got accepted into a boutique accelerator backed by the fund that runs @proofoftalk ➜ That accelerator came with Gold Sponsor status at the conference ➜ The event: 2 days, Paris, the Louvre, June 2026 ➜ Room is C-suite and top funds. Serious capital. ➜ The founder is pitching on stage. Not a side room. The stage. Getting into the accelerator didn't just open a door. It put them in front of the room. Andy Tang, Partner at @DraperVC and Founding Partner of Draper Dragon, is on the Proof of Pitch jury. The calibre of who's in that room is not a small thing. @reppo will also be presenting at the conference alongside the Bittensor community. This is what it looks like when @virtuals_io teams stop talking about distribution and start building it. The projects eating right now are the ones getting in front of capital before the crowd notices. The Louvre in June with a DraperVC partner on the jury. That's not a pitch event. That's a statement. Are you tracking which Virtuals ecosystem projects are landing real-world institutional exposure?

We are very excited to join @proofoftalk and pitch ReplyCorp on stage at the Louvre in a week! Incredible room full of incredible people who are all building the future. Check out this post to learn more about the conference!
1/ For a decade, Web3 and TradFi argued. In 2026, they're sitting at the same table. In 10 days, Jenny Johnson (CEO @FTDA_US, $1.5T AUM) and @adam3us (Co-Founder, @Blockstream , inventor of Hashcash) open Proof of Talk 2026 on the same stage. That fireside is the thesis of the entire event. @proofoftalk

Creator programs obsess over the top 1%. The big accounts. The ones who can move product just by existing. Brand after brand throws budget at that layer, when the unlock staring them in the face is activating the OTHER 99%. Someone with 300 followers who genuinely uses your product and posts about it honestly? That person converts. The whole ReplyCorp thesis came from seeing that gap and figuring out how to activate it sustainably ourselves. Then realizing we could make it so everyone else can too.

Airdrops so hot rn. @Polymarket's coming & @megaeth's continuing to add sell pressure... Airdrops are BRILLIANT. They can motivate a huge amount of activity aligned to your token's success! Airdrops are IDIOTIC. The moment you reward all that work, it devalues the reward & hurts everyone involved! How do you get the good without the bad? I've been working on solving this for 2 years, and now have, with @ReplyCorp. Crypto has created this incredible alignment flywheel btw a brand and its audience. No other industry is so adept at motivating people to sell for them. BUT ack! The airdrop! There's no way around this devil's bargain. You've gotta give people your token, and there's no way to align that at scale with the "right" people who won't just jeet it. Who are these magical "right people" are people who won't sell? Who are willing to do so much work for a reward they won't claim for years? They don't exist. Okay so it's fine if they sell, as long as they brought in enough value to cancel that out, right? How do you define that value? We've tried engagement, we've tried signups, we've tried smart followers, we've tried EVERYTHING! It's all bottable! No, no it's not. And no you haven't. There's only one thing that can't be botted. Spending money. Reward with a portion of fees on the spend. So even if someone washes trades, they end up net negative. Don't reward posts. Don't reward engagement. Don't reward ANYTHING social. It can all be faked. You can't detect it better than they can fake it. Anyone who says you can is lying to you to sell you something. Reward people for driving others to spend money. It's called affiliate sales, it's not new, and it drives 2-10x more conversions than paid media. We just had to scale it correctly. Now it will be the future of rewards in our industry. And all consumer industries.

Wale is wrong. You CAN win here Don't airdrop tokens Give a % of $$$ brought in in presales / user spend to people who's posts brought it in, with @ReplyCorp Unbottable Can't lose money Drives real value We did it, 47k ppl made 500k posts with zero waste / incorrect rewards
Filtering activity ahead of airdrops is incredibly hard. I've talked to many teams pre-TGE, and basically you can't really win this. Every airdrop gets sybilled, the big ones at a tremendous scale. So what can you do? Go Monad-style and aggressively filter out most farmers (sometimes even by country) at the risk of alienating your users. Or airdrop to everyone, which either dilutes allocations or means accepting that a large percentage of tokens will end up in sybil clusters. Gonna be interesting to see how Polymarket, Base, and OpenSea approach this

How do you get the billions who aren't influencers to sell for brands? You remove all of the friction, so they can just post like they always do, but now get paid if they drive sales. That's it. That got @reppo a 266:1 ROI. And it's about to change how everything is sold.
