IMO, The
@LEGO_Group used to be the top omni-channel retailer, yet after 2.5 frustrating hours between midnight & 2:30am (on top of other recent fails), I’m beginning to think differently.
First,
#LEGO’s
#MayTheFourth GWP Promos should ALWAYS include a
#StarWars exclusive
#minifigure!
Second, your
#eCommerce channel MUST work!!
I was on a
#YouTube Live-stream last night with 100s of disgruntled
#VIPs having same problem.
Third, a premium
#Retail brand must reward their most loyal
#Customers, especially, in wake of excessive price increases!!!
Many on the Live-stream, gave up after 1, 2, 3 hrs of patiently waiting to get LEGO Website to work. Over time, fails like this, will erode brand credibility.
🛍️ Suggestion: Release a
#LEGOvip shopping
#App with parental controls for use during special events & product launches.
