I hate how my anxiety really gets to me over silly little things. I know they’re silly - but the sensations of immediate doom are there anyway 😫 What I’d give to have my not squiffy 25 year old brain back 😅

Idk if it’s just our neighbours but they see one #rat and call the council to put poison out. It’s RIDICULOUS - one rat is not a problem they live everywhere. Just as common as birds. When people see a bird, they don’t freak out and try and kill it. Stop killing nature.

Good people do not have to silence those around them and hide their actions to maintain control. 📣 Louder for those in the back!

Taking recommendations for good wildlife hotspots in London? Keen to get out with my camera and find something a bit different 👀🦆

The recovery of majestic humpback whales from near extinction after industrial whaling to near abundance today is a marvellous thing. It can be done! We can live in a world full of wildlife if we choose it.
Fantastic to see all the footage & images of humpback whales around the UK coastline this week. 🐋💙🌊🤙

Saw this graphic and I think it’s so important to teach this, so later in life it’s easier to identify in relationships. Coercive control is subtle but it breaks you down, keeps you “in your box” and slowly removes your spark over time. Nobody should have to live with it.

Is there something in the water or are people just generally super unpleasant for no reason these days? 😬

The thing is @AngelaRayner, people need nature. We ARE nature. And it's perfectly possible to create homes for people while saving homes for wildlife, including newts (who are, we might add, a vital part of wetland life). theguardian.com/politics/202…

What I would’ve done to do this GCSE at school instead I was forced to pick subjects “close” to what I needed for my career in conservation. This GCSE will be a game changer in inspiring the next generation! Let’s not let it drop off. #GCSE #futureconservationists #nature
IMPORTANT The campaign for a GCSE in Natural History has stalled. Labour see it as a "Conservative initiative" and won't progress it. It is not a political football, every child has the right to learn about the wonder of the natural world. Plse ask you MP to lobby for it now. 🙏

Scotland is aiming to be the world's first rewilded country. It's looking to rewild 30% of the country by 2030. We have the solutions. Replenishing and protecting nature is one of them. #ActOnClimate #climate #biodiversity #GreenNewDeal

We're mapping London's #hedgehog populations, but we need 🫵 help! A massive thanks to everyone who has already recorded their sightings! This data is vital to identify potential hotspots and track historic trends📷 rb.gy/i7gucc #CitSci @hedgehogsociety @ZSLScience

Any tips?? Really struggling to get my 4.5 month old pup to chill and let me leave her alone just a little bit. We’ve tried crate training, enrichment, long lasting chews etc. She cries as soon as her treat is finished! 🐶 #Dogtraining #seperationanxiety #puppy
