Yesterday reminded me what the most special part of 𝕏 has always been... Not the features. Not the algorithms. Not even the future of the everything app. 🫂The people. Yesterday was my birthday, and I hosted a little birthday Space to celebrate. Almost 400 people came through to wish me a happy birthday, share stories, tell jokes, send gifts, and just spend time together. 🫶I honestly cannot put into words how much that meant to me. 🥹 Birthdays can be hard for me sometimes, but yesterday completely lifted me up and reminded me that the connections we build here can be real and meaningful. I am so grateful for the friends and community I have found on 𝕏... I'm grateful for you. 🫵 Thank you to everyone who made yesterday so special.

This sterling silver box was made when America turned 200. Now we’re about to celebrate 250!! 🇺🇸🎆 This is the American Freedom Box by the Franklin Mint, issued in 1976 for America’s Bicentennial. It represents the Four Freedoms: • Freedom of Speech • Freedom of Religion • Freedom Assembly • Freedom of the Press Freedom Boxes were once presented to distinguished visitors during official welcoming ceremonies in America’s early years. The Freedom Foundation at Valley Forge revived that tradition by commissioning the Franklin Mint to create this piece for the Bicentennial. The box is crafted in sterling silver, sculptured in high relief, with an American Eagle on the cover and detailed scenes around the sides representing those four freedoms. In just a few weeks, the United States will celebrate its 250th anniversary. Pretty amazing to hold something made for the 200th while looking ahead to the 250th.
