Imagine, as an NBA owner, letting The Reinsdorfs run up on you and call you broke like this. The Reinsdorfs!
Sources tell me that Tiago Splitter's contract with Chicago is for three years, with a fourth year on a team option. It is believed to be at the league average, salary-wise. The average salary for NBA head coaches at this time is just under $7 million per year.

so the entity that ranks high school players is going to be paying two of the highest ranked players, ok then
For the first time ever, @SCNEXT and ESPN are signing two high school basketball players to merchandising deals: the #1 girls player on the SC NEXT 100, Kaleena Smith, and the #2 boys player on the SC NEXT 100, Beckham Black. Black is the younger brother of Orlando Magic guard Anthony Black.

The Spurs are a low key poor passing team across the board. They even botch the passes intended for Wemby

When players don’t execute on the floor fans always say coaching. Outside of Fox, the Spurs are a bunch of young pups. Wemby is a force, but still doesn’t have bread and butter on offense. Their wings are really just 3 and D guys.

I am baffled at the reaction to this quote. He was asked if his teammates believe they can come back, and he said everyone believes they can do it. What else is he supposed to say - they believe they are going to lose? People are just looking for things to be mad about.
Victor Wembanyama on whether his teammates believe they can come back from down 3-1: “Everybody knows we are going to do it.”

These coaches are creating bad habits. QB’s are not gonna be directly behind a guard at no point during the game. Even on a handoff. So why make a move and reach immediately. They need to practice running after they win and then reach. That’s realistic. Even if you win right away. The QB not gonna be right behind the guard. And that 4 point stance 🤦🏾‍♂️
That big ass polar bear look faster than all of them What in the world kind of scouting are the Chicago Bears doing 👀👀👀

DO YOU KNOW that bringing a Yacht to MONACO is one thing but securing a trackside parking is ANOTHER. Here's the FACT behind this: To get a Zone 1 Trackside "Pole Position" berth (the absolute front row right up against the tarmac at the Tabac corner or the Chicane), the parking ticket alone is staggering. The Marina Fee: For a 60-meter (196-foot) superyacht, the port authority charges upwards of €210,000 ($228,000) just for the week's mooring rights. This does not include water, electricity, or fuel. The Charter Cost: If you don't own the boat and want to charter a 50 to 70-meter vessel for race week, the baseline rate ranges from €300,000 to €600,000. High-end mega-yachts routinely clear €1,000,000 for those seven days. The real kicker? The harbor layout creates a literal class system among multi-millionaires. If you "only" spend €30,000 on a peripheral berth, you are placed in the back rows. You can hear the V6 hybrid engines screaming, but your view is completely blocked by a towering wall of larger, more expensive boats. To actually watch the rubber hit the asphalt from your own deck, you have to drop a cool million. It is a level of hyper-exclusive capitalism where people spend the price of a suburban American home just to park a boat for 168 hours.
Over 200 yacht available at the Monaco grand prix, but only the wealthiest got the trackside parking spot They're some levels of wealth i will never be able to understand

Kobe had the airballs against Utah. LeBron had the 2011 Finals. Magic had the Tragic Johnson series against Boston. I sense we’ll one day remember that Wemby turnover the same way, a lesson learned on the way to the mountaintop.
