50% said that the most important feature to consider when deploying EPR should be its ability to be clinician-led. It's hugely important, in deployment and throughout any configuration. Our clinicians will be sharing top tips for developing your EPR soon - stay tuned!🙌

Today someone asked me what’s the *one* thing you would do to radially improve the state of digital in the NHS, and I boringly answered that it’s such a complex challenge there isn’t one thing but I’d probably start with people and skills. What should I have said instead?
