Please read and understand - ‘subject to due assessment by qualified veterinary experts and STRICTLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS of the PCA Act 1960, the ABC Rules, 2023 and other APPLICABLE STATUTORY PROVISIONS, take such measures AS MAY BE LEGALLY PERMISSIBLE, including euthanasia in cases involving rabid, incurably ill or demonstrably dangerous/aggressive dogs, so as to effectively curb the threat posed to human life and safety.’ Since ABC Rules do not permit euthanasia of Rabid or aggressive dogs, the order effectively allows euthanasia of ONLY incurably ill and mortally wounded dogs. @PMOIndia,@AmitShah,@LtGovDelhi,@gupta_rekha,@MCD_Delhi,@CPDelhi,@DelhiAirport,@rashim_s दिल्ली के आईजीआई एयरपोर्ट से कद्दू मिल गई पर ब्राउनी की तलाश जारी है। डायल इस बारे में जो कहे पर कोर्ट के मांगने पर आईजीआई एयरपोर्ट के एक्शन टेकन रिपोर्ट से साफ हो रहा है कद्दू और ब्राउन को गायब करने में डायल का हाथ था, कोर्ट उसी दिशा में बढ़ रही है। इस मामले में डायल पुलिस सब जांच को प्रभावित कर रहे है। मजबूरन कलन्दरा दिया गया है। पशु प्रेमी कुत्तों को 6बजे सुबह ही भोजन देते है तो भूख लगने के बाद कुत्तों को भोजन के तलाश में शाम को फिर निकल पड़ते है। उनका सामना उस समय में एयरपोर्ट पर पर भाड़ी भीड़, क्रूमेंबर, यात्री से होता है। सेनिटेशन के कर्मचारियों ने बताया कि लेटे या कोई भोजन के कियोस्क पर इंतजार कर रहे कुत्तों के पैर पूंछ पर रखने से कुत्ता के द्वारा खुद के बचाव में चिल्लाने , यात्री के किए गए गुस्से के कॉल को एमसीडी को डॉग बाइट का केस बना देते है। एयरपोर्ट पर कुत्तों को भोजन उपलब्ध करवाने वाले पशुप्रेमियों का कहना है कि जानवर को दिन में एक बार भोजन मिलना ठीक नही है। पशु प्रेमियों के अनुसार सारा परेशानी तब शुरू हुई है जब डायल के द्वारा सीएसआर फंड से कुत्तों कैब शाम को दी जाने वाली भोजन को बंद कर दिया है।
