I love the richness of thoughts & experiences that can be shared & held within a group, in a way that no one individual could possibly hold all of it in mind. But together we can understand more of a wholeness. Key thing is to make space to listen & to value difference.

We have an eating disorder epidemic and it’s hit a full blown emergency with regards to the lack of treatment.
Not only do we need adequate funding to meet the demand but we need a complete reformation of services, research and in some service teams a cultural shift
