Might delete this later but I've put in for an ADHD referral through the NHS. It'll be a long wait so I'm looking for ways to manage it myself until then as I'm really struggling.
Can any of my mutuals recommend some good resources for coping strategies or toolkits?

To be clear, I'm not saying I definitely have it, but all the research I've done would suggest it's highly possible. So, it makes sense to me to start trying to develop good habits now so I'm not struggling until a diagnosis that may or may not come.
