I saw it at DDW by Asian vendor.
Jaws Closed the forceps is like a bipolar probe. Jaws Open the forceps is a safer coagulation grasper.
I believe a bipolar Hemostatic forceps which is rotatable by the physician would be the be-all and end-all of thermal hemostatic tools.
