ICMYI, here's Cornwall Insight's latest forecast for the Ofgem cap in July - a rise of £288 (or 18%) on the April level of £1,641.
This is actually slightly less than their previous forecast - and usage is lower in the summer - but still a large shock.

Ed Miliband is claiming today that the reduction in energy bills is being paid for by "taxes on the wealthy".
FYI, Labour's biggest tax increases have been employers NI (a tax on jobs) and the extension of the freeze on tax thresholds (dragging many more into higher rate bands).
