.@sama I asked ChatGPT and Google Gemini for advice about US passport renewal overseas and it told me flat-out incorrect information. Both ChatGPT Gemini sent me to a FedEx affiliate - they told me as soon as I opened phone they’d turned away dozens who followed wrong advice

The family relied on the AI and didn’t double-check the country’s entry rules.
The man, along with his wife and child, bought tickets from Istanbul to Skopje and booked hotels and a car rental.
Before the trip, he asked ChatGPT about visa requirements and was told that no visa was needed. In reality, a visa was required.
At the airport, they were simply denied boarding. Showing a screenshot of the AI answer didn’t help.

For more than a decade I walked daily through a neighborhood of construction sites. I always paid close attention to the construction workers and their worksites. I heard them out of various kitchen windows for a decade. Either Georgian, Azeri or Armenian.

Moneyball is a near perfect film. Up there with Margin Call (which has a similar quant character as a protagonist and a similar story of an outsider’s idea being a catalyst) as one of the best films of the 2010s.
