We’re adding more beds and making sure that every Ontarian who needs a bed will have one. This morning, I was joined by Minister @RodPhillips01 at the Toronto Congress Centre to announce additional surge capacity beds for #LTC residents and hospital patients that need them.

Joined by @fordnation, I had the opportunity to tour the Specialized Care Centre, which is aiding with the surge capacity for #LTC residents & hospital patients across the GTA. We’ll continue to make necessary investments to ensure those who are in need of a bed, will have one.

To protect against the highly transmissible #Omicron variant, all staff and caregivers in #longtermcare homes who are eligible for a third vaccine dose by December 31, 2021 must receive that dose by January 28, 2022. To learn more: news.ontario.ca/en/release/1…
