This morning, I kicked off Alzheimer’s and Brain Health Awareness Month by joining the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health to announce a $784,000 investment I helped secure for a portable MRI scanner which will expand access to dementia care for older adults in rural southern Nevada communities. Many of us know someone who is affected by Alzheimer’s, dementia or any type of brain health—and cases are expected to nearly double in the United States alone. This investment will bring cutting-edge imaging to our underserved rural communities, allowing Nevadans to detect early signs of dementia and stroke-related brain changes.

The Swoop® system was front and center at the @ASNeuroimaging Annual Meeting in Puerto Rico. In his keynote, Dr. Mechtler said it best: “Portable MRI is groundbreaking—and will put neuroimaging in the hands of neurologists.” Congratulations to Dr. Mechtler on receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award – well deserved! We’re grateful for our partnership with @ASNeuroimaging and look forward to coming back next year. #ASN2026PR #Hyperfine #SwoopSystem #PortableMRI #MedTech

We’re live at the @The_ASPNR, American Society of Pediatric Neuroradiology Annual Meeting - where pediatric neuroradiology is pushing forward care, research, and education to improve outcomes for kids worldwide. Big ideas. Real-world innovation. The clinicians and researchers shaping what’s next in pediatric imaging are all here. If you’re at ASPNR, come see us at booth 13. Let’s connect and talk about where pediatric neuroradiology is headed. #ASPNR2026 #PediatricNeuroradiology #PortableImaging #ChildrensHealth #MedTech #Hyperfine #SwoopSystem

We are thrilled to share that Hyperfine has achieved a record-breaking fourth quarter to close out 2025. Our preliminary unaudited results reflect a transformative period of growth and the increasing mainstream adoption of our Swoop® portable MRI system. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗤𝟰 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱: • 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲: ~$5.3 million • 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵: 54% sequential and 127% year-over-year increase • 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵: Exited the year with ~$35 million in cash and cash equivalents and reduced net cash burn As our President and CEO Maria Sainz noted, this momentum is driven by the successful launch of our next-generation Swoop® system and Optive AI™ software, alongside our expansion into neurology offices and international markets. We remain committed to our mission of redefining brain imaging and making diagnostic care accessible at the point of professional care. Thank you to our dedicated team, partners, and investors for an incredible year! Read the full press release here: lnkd.in/gcrmryeA #HealthTech #MedTech #MRI #Innovation #Hyperfine #SwoopSystem
