Randomized trial of patients with high-risk #endometrialcancer (n=1095) did not find improvement in disease-free survival from adding #pembrolizumab to postoperative adjuvant treatment (HR 1.02, 95% CI 0.79-1.32, p=.57). Pembrolizumab was associated with better survival (HR 0.31, 95% CI 0.14-0.69) for patients with MMR deficient tumors (n=281). #gyncsm @Annals_Oncology annalsofoncology.org/article…
