Back in 2004, I started this company with a simple yet powerful idea — “Communication Simplified.” No fancy boardrooms, no investors, no predefined playbook — just a clear vision, a small team, and a lot of belief. What we lacked in resources, we made up for with passion, persistence, and purpose. Over the years, this vision has grown into a global reality. From our humble beginnings to becoming a publicly listed company to being a part of Proximus Global . Route Mobile has not just scaled operations across continents, but has built trust with some of the world’s biggest brands, while staying true to our core values innovation, customer-centricity, and integrity. After 21 incredible years at @routemobile , during which we achieved significant milestones — including listing RML on the Bombay Stock Exchange in 2020. Today I have decided to step down as CEO of RML. From bootstrapping RML with just 2000usd to building it into an organization with a market cap of 1.2 Billion USD, this journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. I will, however, continue as Managing Director, ensuring continuity and support for our journey ahead. I am delighted to announce that Gautam Badalia will be the new CEO of RML. Over the last 7 years, Gautam and I have worked closely, and he has played a pivotal role in shaping our strategy. With his vast experience and expertise, I am confident that Gautam is the perfect leader to take Route Mobile to even greater heights and carry forward its legacy. A big congratulations to Gautam on his well-deserved new role.
