This post is a litmus test. This isn't a small, creativity-driven disparity between in-engine and CG lighting systems. It's a glaring continuity error. If you can't accept this as valid criticism, you have no capacity for objectivity and I have no respect for your opinion.
It's absolutely crazy that at the end of the mission, the lighting conditions completely change between the cutscene and the gameplay. It gets so dark out of nowhere that Chief even has his flashlight on in the cutscene. What are we even doing?

Remember when Halo demos were actually for customers to try out the game to see if it was worth their money as opposed to influencers getting it just to promote it as glorified advertisements?
I really wish the people in this community who want a public demo would start voicing their annoyance with this studio.
Those of us who are apart of the Halo Insider program should at least get something cuz I do not see any point to be apart of it if.. 1/2

it’s 2026 and this remake will be the only Halo game available to PlayStation players.
Campaign Evolved’s default settings will be many people’s first experience playing a Halo game, and people are justifiably uneasy about that considering 343’s track record of misunderstanding why people like Halo.
there is no ability to “go to MCC” with a PS port, no original CE packaged in this game, meaning it’s fair game to judge every single change made for this remake, good or bad, especially when the classic settings you’re telling people “just turn on” will require finding skulls in game first to unlock.
your passion’s admirable but channeling into a message of “shut up and consume” ain’t it.
We live in this weird age of Halo where you can customize your gameplay in anyway you want but people still complain.
Don’t want sprint? Turn it off
Want a 60 round AR? Do it!
Want third person? Go ahead!
Don’t like the HUD? Change it!
Don’t want a remake? Go play MCC!!!
