What about those who have rare neurological disorders and need the same supports as “autistic” children but not able to ever access them because they never “qualified” It’s time for health care based on the persons needs not just a diagnosis.

Completely feel the pain and exhaustion here. Children time out of services at 12 and again at 18. Parents can't get respite because of the 1-1 requirement. It is a huge, huge gap. If we get told to set up another reward system I am going to scream!
