will cause two brief phone outages.
The outages are planned for 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM. During these times report emergencies via 911.

SBPD arrested Brent Labombard, 51 YOA, for his role in brandishing an assault style rifle at store employees during the commission of a retail theft.
Labombard was arraigned on misdemeanor charges of reckless endangerment and simple assault, he was released on conditions.
