Great paper by @LenaSchnitzler and colleagues on #economicevaluations including (or not) intersectoral costs relating to #STIs.
Pleased to share our review findings on the #intersectoral costs considered in economic evaluations (EEs) relating to #STIs. We identified an urgent need for EEs to be more comprehensive to allow #policy/decision-makers to make better-informed decisions. rdcu.be/c0uiP

#OnlineFirst sti.bmj.com/content/early/20… 6.9% of women & 16.2% of men in the UK reported unmet need for condoms in the 2021 due to the #COVID19 pandemic. Similar levels of reported STI/HIV testing, and access to cervical cancer screening were reported compared to 2010-2012.
