Yesterday I had the opportunity to formally welcome Dr. David L. Vines, Senior Vice President and Dean of the School of Health Professions @SHPUTMB, during a welcome reception with colleagues. Dr. Vines brings more than 20 years of leadership experience, including an extensive background in respiratory care and a strong record of spearheading impactful programs.
