Earlier today, the leadership of Oshakati West Constituency went to visit this just completed Earthdam in Oshana Region. It is good that the contractor delivered on schedule. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 construction of six more earthdams are underway including the one in Uuvhudiya Constituency.
