Every Dem LOVED Jasmine Crockett when she was verbally jousting with MTG.. ...much like they all loved Kamala Harris when she was cross-examining William Barr. The moment EITHER tried to advance past their "station" was when they became "identity politics."

John Romita won a Kirby Award last weekend, and I don’t think I could be prouder of my friend. I knew his father ,one of the kindest, most generous souls I’ve ever met, and watching John carry that legacy forward has been nothing short of beautiful. Talk about a son walking in his father’s footsteps with grace, talent, and heart. I met Johnny back in the early ’90s, and from the very first moment, it felt like reconnecting with someone I’d known forever. That instant bond never faded. Even though we’ve only worked together a handful of times over the years [ a true gift for me] , he’s someone I’ve always admired deeply. His work...well, the whole world knows how extraordinary it is. But what means even more to me is the man behind the art: his compassion, his humility, and the way he treats everyone around him with genuine warmth and respect. I can’t praise him, his work, or the wonderful people in his life enough. I feel incredibly lucky to know such a remarkable human being. He deserves this honor, and so many more, for everything he has contributed to this field. And I know, without a doubt, that his parents are somewhere beaming with pride at everything their boy has accomplished and continues to create. Congratulations, my humble friend.
