On 10/25, @USCIS announced fee waiver process changes to take effect on 12/2. Applicants will no longer qualify for fee waivers based on receiving a means-tested benefit: bit.ly/2BYUAyB A lawsuit against this change is forthcoming in CA, so stay tuned for updates!
