Currently to be found tutting and shaking my head (to no-one in particular🤪) about this obsession with adding 'ibility' onto the end of words that worked perfectly well without it. Case in point: interchangeability and adoptibility. C'mon people!

Just had a fantastic customer service experience from @NOWTV_It - instant refund, goodwill gesture and a friendly advisor. Complete opposite experience from @virginmedia who still owe me £55 and are appalling bad at communication.
