New creator business model I've been thinking about: refundable NFTs. A product is being built by @blastr_xyz Creator revenue comes from @Blast_L2's native yield 1) Collectors pay ETH to mint NFTs 2) Creators vault the ETH and earn 4% yield on it 3) Collectors can redeem NFT for mint price if it doesn't work out An example: 1) Creator issues 1000 NFTs for 1 ETH each 2) Collectors get the NFTs, have upside, and can get their 1 ETH back any time 3) Creator earns ongoing 40 ETH per year in interest Not bad. I might mint something. Will feel better knowing my collectors can't lose ETH.
