Hey @tfl and @MayorofLondon Please tell us why it’s a good idea for tfl to cause more plastic cards to be created & in circulation than needed? From an environmental perspective it’s inexcusable and it should be perfectly fine to unblock cards following auto top up issues…

Whereas as my perfectly decent Oyster card has been blocked by tfl failing an auto top up failure yet despite being able to unblock it you have decided to make it unusable & charge me 10,50Β£ (some 13€) for an unnecessary new one….more plastic waste at an outrageous price @govuk

From your very own website @GOVUK please advise how @TfL β€˜s policy fits with your environmental policies because afaik it doesn’t gov.uk/government/news/far-r… TfL have effectively added to yet more plastic waste…..needlessly and only to increase their profits!

Public ownership of water is a unifying issue. Virtually everyone agrees. Which makes it astonishing that the @UKLabour government won't consider this very easy win. Why is that? How far do water companies have their hooks in? bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cy01…

You may think your signature won't make a difference to the petition on public water ownership. But if everyone thought that, it wouldn't have reached 90k signatures. Every signature helps, every share helps even more. Please ✍️ & πŸ”„ petition.parliament.uk/petit…

Huge agree!! Along with pay rises that exceed any in the public sector every bloody year!!
British MPs want to drink during the day and have their housing expenses covered by the state. Sounds to me like they are the real benefits cheats.

We’re told we can’t afford doctors. But we can afford Β£1.6 BILLION in profits for private companies. These are deliberate choices to move NHS money into private hands, not frontline care. The government's privatisation of the NHS isn't so secret anymore.

.@networkrail - thank you for your reply to my letter. However, #swift boxes need to be installed immediately, not six months down the road after applying for authorisation from @HistoricEngland. Just pick up the phone! What possible reason could there be for refusing permission?

"'River of raw sewage' pours down UK street with 'biohazard' faeces flooding road and path." First it was Horbury in Yorkshire, then Margate in Kent, now Stoke-on-Trent in Staffordshire, is there a single stretch of the sewage system anywhere in the country operating as expected? mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/ri…

MP pay uplift 5%. Doctor pay uplift 3.5%. The money is always there for MPs, not for anyone else.
