From next April the 45% top rate of tax (applies to those earning £150,000) will be scrapped. So the top rate will be the 40% higher rate threshold.
This means mega earners, pay the same rate as those on £50,000. #MiniBudget

The insulin on the left is 2 units & is needed when a Type 1 Diabetic eats about 30 grams carbohydrates. On the right is 10 units & is enough to be fatal in a matter of 3 hours. This difference between life and death. No margin for error. November is #DiabetesAwarenessMonth 💙💙

The government is giving 225,000 NHS staff in the Midlands a pay cut - £174 for a nurse and £312 for a health visitor.
It comes from the same government that gave Dominic Cummings a £45,000 pay rise last year.
The ultimate insult.

From today, those experiencing domestic abuse will be able to go into a Boots or indie chemist & seek help. If they say the codeword ‘ANI’ they’ll be taken to a private room & asked if they want to call 999 or domestic abuse helpline. ANI stands for Action Needed Immediately
