I bought a $10 latte at the airport and set it down to use the bathroom. When I came back, the cleaning lady threw it in the trash. She was just doing her job so I'm not mad but essentially I paid $10 for 3 sips of coffee. 😀
Europeans enjoying the World Cup: “Futbol is the greatest sport in the world.”
Americans enjoying the World Cup: “Wonder what fast food the German guy eats next.”
This is the greatest version of X that has ever and might ever exist. My entire for you page is European tourists discovering (and loving) Taco Bell, Buccee's, BBQ, SEC stadiums and more Americana. It's a level of joy and positivity I've never seen on this app. I love it here.
This German fan came to the USA for the World Cup and has quickly become my favorite account to follow by simply posting his every stop across the country.
He’s roadtripping through the south from town to town absolutely loving life.
The perfect timeline cleanse.
In this episode, I’m joined by @S_Oberle and @organizedbinder, co-authors of Executive Functions for Every K–3 Classroom. Their work focuses on the cognitive processes that underlie successful learning.

4. And when I do grade FRQs, I like to lay them all out on the desk. And I grade one part at a time. For example I will grade all of FRQ 1s first before grading FRQ 2s.
Respects the limits of working memory. 😀
5. Never had to take grading home this way.
I am aware that there are some flaws but this is how I manage work-life balance (or try to anyway...still working on that 🥲).
